Catchlight Art Photography workshops are ideal if you want to improve your photographic skills for personal use, whether you use a point & shoot or digital SLR camera: learn to take great photographs of your family, pets, friends, holidays, nature and art. Stephen and Adriana will not bog you down with jargon or technical science. These are practical workshops and you will leave inspired and equipped with the knowledge and confidence to go out and take great photographs.

You will learn: how to understand the basic technical aspects of your camera; how to select great backgrounds and how to compose your pictures; how to get great expressions from people; how to use natural light effectively and what to do with your pictures.

Do you have a good eye for photography and are happy with the results you're getting from your camera but would like to do something a bit more special and creative with your pictures? Then, come along to our 'Editing with Photoshop workshop' where you'll learn the basics of post processing & editing with this software. You'll be amazed at the things you can do!

Studio Lighting
This course covers portraits and products and is aimed at beginners and intermediate photographers alike. You don't need to have studio experience, only a basic understanding of exposure and how to operate your camera.

You will learn about the importance of light and how to control it and will work with daylight and studio flash. You'll also learn how to work with normal household lamps.
